Feeds 3-5 people. No substitutions!! Comes with 4 oz lean brisket, 4 oz fatty brisket, 4 oz smoked sliced tri tip, 4 oz pulled pork, house green onion sausage link, 4 oz turkey, 4 ribs, 1 chicken leg & thigh, 5 Rooster wings and a 1/2 pint of each side (Including Brussels sprouts).

1lb pulled pork, 1lb chopped brisket, 2 quart sides, 8 toasted buns. Feeds 8.
