The Bobo’s Blend - Our Signature Roast wasn’t delicately curated - it was built. Built on strong opinions, loud conversations, and the belief that a good cup of coffee should have a little muscle behind it. The owners traveled, tasted, debated, and probably argued their way through it all, pulling flavors from Guatemala and Sumatra until the blend finally stood on its own two feet. The result is a coffee with the strength of milk chocolate richness, a creamy body, and just enough smoke to remind you it means business. It’s bold without being aggressive, smooth without being soft, a blend with backbone, the way coffee should be.
