Reservations open 7 days in advance, and walk-ins are always welcome through our waitlist system. Walk-ins are more limited during the winter when indoor seating fills quickly. During patio season, availability opens up significantly and remains first come, first served. 💳 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 A valid card on file is required to secure all reservations. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no show, late cancellation, or changes to your party. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations, no shows, or missing guests may incur a $25 per person fee. 👥 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗜𝗭𝗘 During winter or inclement weather, indoor seating is limited and we can accommodate parties of up to 6 guests. When the patio is open, we can accommodate parties of up to 12 guests outdoors. On Fridays and Saturdays, we are unable to accommodate parties larger than 12 guests. For groups of 8 or more, please contact us directly at reservations@bodhi-indy.com. Availability for larger parties is very limited and not guaranteed. Reservations are for indoor dining. If the patio is open upon arrival, you are welcome to request outdoor seating based on availability. For larger gatherings, please visit our website bodhi-indy.com under Private Events for buyout options. 🕓 𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 Each reservation includes a 90-minute dining window, with a 15-minute courtesy reminder near the end. This helps us keep the flow of the room smooth and fair for everyone. ⏰ 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗬 Please arrive on time and plan ahead for parking. Mass Ave can be busy. We hold reservations for 15 minutes. After that, your table may be released. We typically seat complete parties only. If you arrive late, your dining time may be shortened as other guests are scheduled after you. 🪷 𝗪𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧 Our walk-in waitlist is always open and encouraged. If there is a wait, we recommend exploring the neighborhood while we text you when your table is ready. Our bar is part of dining service and not a waiting area. There are plenty of great nearby spots for a pre-dinner drink. 💬 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message. All updates, changes, or questions can be handled directly within that thread. If reservations appear unavailable online, it means we are fully booked.
