Bologna Via Cucina Reservation Policy Thank you for choosing Bologna Via Cucina for your dining experience. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable visit, please take note of our reservation policy outlined below. 1. Reservation Confirmation We accept reservations made through our website for the Ambrose Room. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance. 2. Credit Card Hold To secure your reservation, a valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. For reservations of 1–12 guests, a temporary $10 per person credit card hold will be placed on the card on file. For example, a reservation for 4 guests will have a $40 hold. This is not a charge or deposit and will not be applied to your dinner bill. The hold is simply a temporary authorization used to secure your reservation. If you arrive for your reservation or cancel within the required cancellation period, no fee will be charged. The temporary authorization will be released by your bank. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 1–2 business days, or occasionally longer, for the pending hold to disappear from your account. 3. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer your table to another guest. Standard Dinner Reservations: -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. -Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will NOT incur a fee. The temporary credit card hold will simply be released by your bank. -Cancellations made LESS THAN 24 hours before the reservation, or no-shows, will result in a $10 per person cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Special Event Parties: Special Event Parties must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event, or no-shows, will be subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. 4. Reservation Duration / Late Arrival Please arrive promptly to make the most of your time with us. Reservations are generally limited to 90–120 minutes, depending on the number of guests, to ensure tables are available for the next set of diners and to maintain a smooth flow of service. If you arrive late for your reservation, your reservation time does not automatically extend, as we may need to accommodate the next reservation following yours. We will hold your table for up to 10 minutes past your reservation time. If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance via your RESERVATION TEXT so we can plan accordingly. 5. Changes to Your Reservation If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests for your reservation, please contact us through your RESERVATION TEXT as far in advance as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that changes to the number of guests may affect table availability and may be subject to our reservation and cancellation policies.
