To ensure your visit remains stellar, please take a moment to review our Reservations' Policy below. By joining us for your reservation, you are confirming your agreement to the following: •Reservations have a 20-minute grace period for arrival. Reservations, including those with non-refundable deposits, shall be forfeited after 20 minutes to service existing guests. •We begin seating when HALF your party has arrived. No exceptions. •We reserve the right to use any unoccupied seats of a reservation after one hour of the party being seated. The originally "reserved" areas will become "available" for seating at the discretion of management. •Guests arriving after 8pm will be subject to the $5 entry fee applicable on Fridays and Saturdays for the Queens' Experience of live entertainment. •Balloons are welcome, but ONLY when accompanied by weights/anchors to avoid costly retrievals from our high ceilings which are subject to a $30 recovery fee.*** ***The booking party (individual) is responsible for all guests in their reservation. Any fees incurred will be assessed to that individual, payable on the reservation date. ** Please note 20% Gratuity is Automatically included to all checks.
