”Do you know what dwells in a glass?” asks Ole, in Hans Christian Andersen's The Watchman of the Tower. Better known for stories such as The Little Mermaid, Andersen wrote this short, cautionary tale for a somewhat older audience. Our quadrupel ale, also meant for the mature connoisseur, is a deep and mysterious libation, dark auburn and full-bodied, its sweetness deceptive. Based loosely on the Smokestack Series’ The Sixth Glass, this abbey-style quadrupel is separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels where it ages for varying lengths of time, some for up to three years. Cherries are added to make up for the “angel's share” of beer lost during barrel aging. Selected barrels are then blended for optimum flavor. The resulting beer retains only very subtle cherry characteristics, with toffee and vanilla notes coming to the fore | 12.2% ABV | 26 IBU |

Over-the-top but surprisingly approachable, this twist on the classic style starts with several types of malted barley, rye, oats and wheat. Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain are balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. Test Hazy IPA comes in at an easy 7.4% and less bitter than our other IPAs, but still blooming with bold, juicy flavors. This amazingly hazy IPA features El Dorado and Azacca hops which bring tons of citrus & fruit elements while intense Sabro hops highlight the big, tropical notes of this beer. The result of this unique hop combination is a groovy, juicy citrus bomb with tons of orange, lemon, melon, mango and pineapple flavors & aromas. | 7.4% ABV | 31 IBU |

Hop harvest… It’s the most wonderful time of year for brewers! For this extra special pale ale, we brought in freshly harvested CTZ hops from our friends at Christensen Farms in Nebraska. We shredded these “wet hops” directly into the brew and then dry-hopped with Chinook and CTZ. A bigger, bolder version of our original Pale Ale — this beer screams hops with raw, unadulterated lupulin aromas and intense fresh hop flavor. | 7% ABV | 57 IBU |

The Brewhouse One Release is an imperial brown ale brewed with pumpkin juice and spices. It was aged in used bourbon maple syrup barrels for 15 months. The spice blend features pumpkin spice, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves. | 11.2% ABV | N/A IBU |

Based on our fall seasonal beer, Bob’s ’47 Oktoberfest, this version has been oak-aged for 2 months in American Oak barrels, that added depth of rich caramel, and charged oak. It is a medium-bodied, dark amber brew with a malty flavor and well-balanced hop character. | 5.9% abv | 27 ibu |
