Reservation policy 1. Booking Procedure: Secure your lane up to 15 days in advance to guarantee your spot. 2. Group Size Limit: We accept reservations for groups of up to 14 guests (2 lanes). If you're planning for a larger group, please submit an event inquiry for customized arrangements. 3. Arrival Protocol: Your reservation begins promptly at the scheduled time. To make most of your time with us, we recommend arriving 15 min early to check-in and get ready to bowl. If any members of your party fail to arrive within 10 minutes of the reservation time, they will be marked as a no-show. 4. Adjustments for Group Size: In the event that your entire group does not show up, and we can accommodate your group on fewer lanes, we will do so if there's a waitlist. Please note that no refunds will be provided for unused lanes. 5. Lane Fee Policy: The lane fee is nonrefundable within 48 hours of booking.
