Spectators in designated areas only. Check-in: Arrive 10 minutes early at the host stand. Court time starts at the booking time, not arrival. Late arrivals: 10-minute grace; after that we may release your court with no refund. Footwear/attire: Non-marking athletic shoes recommended. No heels on courts. Food & drink: Allowed off-court only. No glass on or near the playing surface. Equipment: Paddles/balls available to rent or purchase; bring ID for rentals. Cancellations: Full refund/credit if canceled [24 hours] before start; otherwise see policy below. Waiver: All players must sign a participation waiver. Minors need a parent/guardian signature. Alcohol: 21+ to consume. If visibly intoxicated, play/service may be refused. Conduct: Be courteous; no profanity, aggressive play, or harassment. Follow staff instructions at all times.
