Great service, fun atmosphere, good food.
I’ve had two great experiences at The Brass Tap so far. The first time I came in was during lunch and Nathaniel and Ashley were behind the bar. Nathaniel made some excellent beer recommendations and clearly knows his stuff. Ashley helped me decide what to eat and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The service was so good that I decided to come back again. On my second visit during dinner, Crystal and Raj were working the bar and they were just as impressive. They were attentive, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. They answered questions, made solid recommendations, and created a great atmosphere. This may be the first location here in St. Louis, but since they’re a national brand it’s clear the company invests in training their staff well. If they can keep this level of consistency, they’re doing everything right. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast, and the service was excellent both times. Great beer selection, great staff, and great food. I’ll definitely be back.
