Our sourdough bagels have evolved into a completely unique style over the years: not New York, not Montreal, strictly Buffalo baby! They’re rolled, boiled, dipped and baked by hand. An 8oz wheel of Lively Run's brie style soft cheese. Made with pasteurized cow milk, small- format bloomy rind. The milk comes from a single herd of Holsteins, lovingly raised on a small family farm. Named after the reflection of the moonlight on the waters of Cayuga Lake at Sheldrake Point, Sheldrake Moon is a mellow brie-style cheese. (cut a hole in one of our loaves and bake with this inside for a stellar bread bowl dip)

8oz package of East Hill Creamery's raclette style cheese. Aged for 11 months it has a bolder, earthier flavor and more salinity than our other cheeses. Niagara Food Specialties' distinctive dry-cured sausage rooted in the culinary traditions of Italy's Abruzzo region. As a proud creation of the Pingue family, this artisanal salami is a testament to their dedication to quality sourcing and traditional craftsmanship.
