This piece of prime brisket is a fattier, and much juicier piece of meat. It is cooked longer and sliced to order into cubes.

4oz of sliced brisket on 2 slices of bread and smothered in beef gravy

4oz of pulled pork on a bun. BBQ served on the side upon request
