Executive Chef Max McCarthy and his team will take your palate on a journey that is not available anywhere else in the Central Valley. Expect the experiences to last between 2-5 hours. Wine pairings are offered for any size tasting menu. Price $250 per person and $150 per person for wine/whiskey/tequila pairing. Available start times are anytime before 6:30.
