Placed my order online with specified pick up time of 5:00pm (20 minutes prior to 5:00 pick-up). I arrived at 5:07pm. My order was not ready. Waited another 4-5 minutes. It was a small order for one smash burger with a side of 50/50 fries & onion rings.
