Burger Moovment

My family and I have eaten here before and had a great experience, which is why we came back. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. We ordered two 10-piece chicken orders, a 20-piece wings, a Tex burger, two orders of sweet potato fries, and two shakes. Our total was about164, so we expected care in the packaging. We made sure everything stayed upright on the way home, but when we opened the bags the sauces had spilled everywhere. It was like a soup at the bottom and it soaked the food. The burger, for 17 dollars, was wrapped worse than a fast food burger, which was really disappointing at that price. The shakes tasted fine but looked messy and rushed. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was very frustrating, especially given how much we spent. I hope a manager sees this and reaches out. We’d love a chance to make this right, because our last visit was genuinely great. Update: Mohamed, the owner, reached out directly and went above and beyond to make things right. We really appreciate the way he handled it.
