Reservations - Reservations are recommended, especially during weekends, holidays, and special events. - Reservations may be made by phone, online, or through approved reservation platforms. - A reservation confirms your place in our seating schedule but does not guarantee a specific table. Arrival Time - We kindly request that guests arrive on time for their reservation. - Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. - If a party arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the reservation may be released and the party added to the waitlist based on availability. Complete Party Policy - For parties of 6 or more, seating may be delayed until the majority of the party has arrived. - Burns Road Foods reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements based on operational needs and table availability. Large Party Reservations - Reservations for parties of 8 or more may require a credit card guarantee or deposit. - Large party cancellations may be subject to advance notice requirements. - Management reserves the right to establish special menu options or dining arrangements for large groups. Cancellations and Changes - We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for cancellations or changes in party size. - Guests are encouraged to notify us promptly if plans change so we may accommodate other guests. Special Requests - We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, accessibility needs, and special occasions; however, specific tables or locations cannot be guaranteed. Buffet and Special Event Reservations - During buffet service, Eid celebrations, Ramadan events, holidays, or special promotions, reservation policies may be modified and additional requirements may apply. - Special event pricing and reservation terms will be communicated in advance. No-Show Policy - Repeated no-shows may result in future reservation restrictions. - For reservations secured by a deposit or credit card guarantee, applicable charges may apply in accordance with the reservation terms provided at booking.
