Rocks & Drams Reservation FAQ
1. How far in advance can I book a reservation? Reservations can be made up to 30 days before your desired date.
2. How do I make a reservation for a group?
◦ Groups of 10 or fewer: Customers can book directly through our Toast Tables system.
◦ Groups larger than 10: Please reach out to our management team to confirm availability and complete your booking.
3. Is there a deposit required to book a reservation? Yes, a $1 per person reservation fee is required to secure the booking. This fee will be applied as a credit to your final bill on the day of your visit.
4. What if my group arrives late? We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, if other customers are waiting, we may need to release your table and add your group to the waitlist. The entire group must be present to be seated.
5. How long is my reservation? Each reservation is limited to 120 minutes (2 hours) to allow as many guests as possible to enjoy Rocks & Drams.
6. Can I book multiple reservations to combine tables? Multiple reservations cannot be combined to bypass the system. For groups larger than 10, please contact us directly to ensure we can accommodate your party.
7. Where will our group be seated? Reservations are for interior seating. Patio seating is primarily available for walk-ins and overflow seating, depending on availability.
8. Is walk-in seating available? Yes, we keep at least 30% of our seating capacity open for walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming.
