Reservations at ÁLO Ultra Lounge are subject to availability. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all VIP section reservations. ÁLO does not charge a separate section-rental fee. However, the following spending minimums apply to VIP reservations scheduled from 10:00 PM until closing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights: • Standard VIP sections (Seats 6-8): $300 minimum • The Mogul (Seats 6-10): $450 minimum • Cloud Nine (Seats 12-15): $700 minimum The spending minimums and cancellation charges listed in this policy apply only to VIP reservations scheduled from 10:00 PM until closing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Reservations outside these days and hours are not subject to these minimums or cancellation charges unless a separate special-event policy is disclosed before booking. Applicable reservations may be canceled without charge more than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation and failure to arrive will result in a charge equal to 50% of the applicable section minimum: • Standard VIP booths/sections: $150 charge • The Mogul: $225 charge • Cloud Nine: $350 charge If ÁLO cancels the reservation, the guest will not be charged. The complete party should arrive at the scheduled reservation time. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Late arrival may shorten the reservation time or result in the section being released. Seating requests are subject to availability, and management reserves the right to make reasonable section assignments or adjustments. By completing an applicable reservation and providing a card, the guest acknowledges this policy and authorizes ÁLO Ultra Lounge to charge 50% of the applicable section minimum for cancellations made within 24 hours or for failure to arrive.
