Poured by Lowlands, brewed by monks, with storytelling from Pierre Hensenne, Chimay biers offer a wide range of flavors and pair remarkably well with a meal. Each guest will take home a bottle of Chimay and an exclusive Lowlands-Chimay collaboration glass, plus have the chance to win a large-format bottle of Chimay in our evening raffle. Planning to Dine With Us? Here’s the Lowlands Way to Reserve: For groups of 12 or fewer, our online booking tool is the quickest way to grab your spot. If you have a party between 13-19 people, give us a call at the restaurant (414) 501-2500 and we’ll get you set up. Please note that we can only guarantee a reservation for our inside tables. If you would like to be seated in our Lux Skyhaus or patio, fill out the “special request” box or let us know when you arrive and we will try our best to accommodate if it is possible as these highly requested tables may already be reserved. Please be aware that there may be an additional wait for this seating. For parties of 20 or more, our Events Team has you covered! Call 414-627-2789 or email party@lowlandsgroup.com and they’ll take it from there. If anyone in your party would prefer to avoid stairs or the second floor, let us know ahead of time and we are happy to accommodate. Running late or need to cancel? We totally understand – plans change! If you’ll be late, we will hold your table for 10 minutes. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to fellow guests.
