Camacho Garage brings the experiences of Executive Chef/Co-Owner Arturo Franco-Camacho’s childhood in Mexico to his adopted hometown of New Haven, sharing the flavors of cooking with his mother and grandmother, and paying homage to spending time with his father and siblings in the garage he owned. With traditional and inspired recipes from his childhood, the menu features contemporary Mexican street food, integrating and celebrating local, seasonal ingredients and spices as done in Mexico.
