Canton Disco's Chef Timothy Yu is teaming up with Yume Hospitality Chef Saran "Peter" Kannasute for a menu collaboration offered at Canton Disco. Reservations for the evening of Sunday, May 31st will have the special privilege of tasting this menu in celebration of AANHPI Heritage Month!
