There is a $10 seat fee per person; payment is due at the time of booking. In addition to the full Frosty atmosphere and special drink menu, it also includes: a small shared charcuterie plate to start and milk & cookies to end your meal the right way (according to Frosty (and probably Santa)).
All reservations for Frosty's Lounge pop-up are 1 hr 45 minutes.
Party sizes can NOT be increased upon arrival at the restaurant. If you need to add additional people to your reservation, you must do so through our reservation website.
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance. No refunds within 48 hours of your reservation time.
