Ruben seemed as there was less meat than usual, not as normal . The bar tender was a younger woman who really didn’t not listen to what was ordered , also ordered a burger ordered with heavy vegetables and a second patty. Did not not get either when asked about her reply was I didn’t hear you. I replied to her with with that’s why you repeat your order instead of flirting with the party of 4 next to me to get your tips from. They just looked at me like I did not just say that!!! The older bar tender always does a great job and she is is very attentive!!! Visited again tonight Nina was the bartender very attentive friendly and took care of my order. The boneless wings were great that I ordered and took home. Much better experience than on 9/29. Jeremiah the manager came out and (talked to me while I was waiting for my order about my last visit and experience I had). He had not seen my last review. I showed it to him, he was very apologetic and embarrassed about my experience. He stated he would address it with the bartender who had just come in. He advised everyone is to be treated the same not just working a group for a better tip, he apologized for my treatment. He advised they strive for excellent service and not mediocre service. He advised in the future to always ask for the manager on duty rather than leaving irritated and frustrated with the service just received. Thank you Jeremiah for taking the time to talk to me and express your concerns as well . Billy Sisemore
