Inspired by our love of continental pilsners Haus Pils is brewed with a blend of Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Domestic pilsner malt. Single decocted and fermented with our favorite German lager year. Prost! Fall is our cheers to Oktoberfest and one of the best seasons for beer. A toasty malt character and light hop expression make this golden Lager a comfortable companion for the crisp, cool days ahead.

In the world of tropical IPAs, Flash Cat is one big haze bomb with a silky smooth finish. In-house taste tests of Flash Cat made at least one employee feel like they could shoot lasers from their eyes if they weren't so busy enjoying more of the tropical fruit aroma and juicy goodness that is this beer.

We collaborated with Allagash Brewing Co. to create an IPA that leans into Allagash’s expertise in brewing Belgian-style beers—as well as highlighting a shared love of hops. This juicy, fruity Belgian-style IPA (6.6%) features Topaz and Comet hops in addition to local wheat sourced from both breweries’ communities. Get Comfortable 2020 is a year-round campaign with a pronounced season of emphasis taking place February 5 through April 15, during which we will donate 100-percent of our Wednesday “community day” profits towards the Get Comfortable fund. In addition to the profits from the collaborative beer going towards the fund, we also have Get Comfortable merchandise and work alongside local businesses to generate additional profits for the fund.

Once banned in the US because the provocative title of this line of ales was thought to encourage overindulgence (the pink elephant logo on the label probably did very little to curb the argument), Delirium Noel from the Huyghe Brewery is a seasonal Belgian Strong Ale that pours dark red with a foamy beige head. Top fermented and bottle conditioned, the brew boasts potent aromas of dark fruit, apricot, caramel malt, sweet cherry, cinnamon and clove with notes of vanilla, apple, banana and yeast. The sunny, warm yellow design of the bottles already suggests it. This Duvel is mild, expressive and deliciously drinkable. No fewer than 6 different hop varieties are used for Duvel 6.66%: just like the classic Duvel, it’s based on the noble and exclusive hop varieties Saaz and Styrian Golding. The flavour is then balanced by adding four expertly selected hop varieties to the mix, which also involves the dry-hopping technique.

Apart from pure spring water, which is the main ingredient of beer, barley is the most important raw material. Barley must germinate for five days in the malt house, after which malt remains. The colour of the malt and as a consequence also of the beer is determined by the temperature. Duvel obtains its typical bitterness by adding various varieties of aromatic Slovenian and Czech hops. We use only exclusive hops that are renowned for their constant, outstanding quality.

Now we return with an Icelandic Scotch Ale, brewed with locally farmed and smoked barley and spiced with native Icelandic angelica – a fabled herb ancient Vikings used as currency. Surrender your taste buds. They have no choice but to be conquered.

Fractal Krush (IPA) is our newest in the series. Look out for welcoming aromas of tropical fruit, starbursts, and mango smoothie with flavors of big ripe mango slices, fruit sorbet, pineapple, and tropical rainbow melon packed in a flowable mouthfeel with a firm but rounded bitterness.

Using a mashed up grain bill from Straight Outta The Laboratory and Ghost in The Machine, we used a massive dose of CO2 extract, Citra Incognito, and our hand selected Citra T-90s on the hotside followed by an insane amount of Citra LUPOMAX and our hand selected Citra T-90s for the Double Dry Hop; the heaviest dry-hop in Equilibrium’s history.

We’ve gone through great lengths to refine the process to yield a Rich and Creamy Flavor and mouth feel to show case the decadent flavors yet leave the harsh taste that dark grains can often leave behind. Incredible mouthfeel yet not cloyingly sweet to aid in its drinkability.

There is something soothing about the sound of ocean waves, the smell of salt water, and the feeling of warm sand beneath your toes. Something we could really use with today’s frigid NY temps! Along with our buds from Vitamin Sea Brewing, we loaded up Ocean Vibes DIPA with with Citra, Idaho 7, Galaxy, and Sabro for big tropical notes and flavors of guava, pineapple, bright clementine, and a touch of island coconut, proving the power of the pun. ‘Vitamin Sea' definitely has some truth to it!

Restorative Balance is our new collaboration with Deciduous Brewing that ties in with the ethos of both breweries - Cycles of growth and renewal occur in order to restore balance. This beer uses a large dose of flaked wheat and white wheat, a large citra whirlpool, and a huge dry hop of Rakau and Galaxy. Restorative Balance pours a vibrant yellow with aromas and notes of starbursts, pina coladas tropical fruit, candied cantaloupe, mango, and tangerine.

We went Straight into the Laboratory with our friends from Vermont to bring you something brand new, a triple conditioned on tangerine purée and citrus zest. We started out with a heavy base of wheat and oats and then a big dose of citra before conditioning it on over 600lbs of tangerine purée and citrus zest. We then dry hopped it with additional citra and citra cryo hops. Tangerine Peel Laboratory pours a bright yellow and has an aromas of just pressed, sweet tangerine and oranges. It’s flavor is big, bright, and vibrant mimicking carbonated tangerine juice. It starts off zesty, has a touch of sweetness and transforms into our smooth and balanced #EQjuice finish. This is absolutely the most fun we had in the laboratory yet.

Our non-alcoholic beer is a true multi-talent. Spicy malt notes harmonize excellently with caramel-sweet nuances. We brew our lager with six row malt, secret blend of Pacific Northwest hops, corn from Iowa, our lager strain, and the purest water from Lakes Ontario and Hemlock. This beer is brewed just right for drinking crisp and refreshing.

1554 defies the style guidelines of modern beer. Although dark in color, 1554 is not a porter, stout, schwarzbier or bock. Rather, it is a rebirth of a lost beer style called zwert (Flemish for black), which uses gruit for bittering. The oldest reference to zwert beer comes from 1285. However, our brewing inspiration came from a book published in 1554, which was the height of popularity for zwertbeer. First released in 1998, our whimsical improvisation includes a variety of specialty dark malts, a dash of licorice root, and a European lager yeast that’s fermented at ale temperatures.

Overall a well-balanced and approachable ale. The name, Chiswick, comes from the district in west London where the first ESB was brewed.

Some IPAs taste like you’re running through a field of hops naked, covered in glue. One time was enough for us. So we made ours balanced and fully-clothed, with notes of pineapple, cedar, tangerine and mango.

Our relationships with hop suppliers and farmers are a huge part of how we’ve been able to churn out excellent IPA after excellent IPA. This beauty is brewed with a simple hop bill of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, but in carefully selecting the very best of these varieties, we concocted an intensely fruity, triumphantly tropical IPA fit for commemorating 28 years of Stone Brewing.

This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—maybe something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made at an independent brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless seltzer / fizzy yellow beer / whatever-the-hell will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make all that junk taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.

From surfing our coasts, to snowboarding and biking in the mountains, off-roading through deserted lands, or boating and fishing in our lakes, Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager is an excellent companion. It’s a thrillingly crisp, clean, refreshing Mexican-style lager that quenches thirsts, while gratifying taste buds via lime and sea salt.

Stone Delicious IPA is a tangible example of why continual IPA and hop exploration are so fulfilling. One time Mr. Raccoon took a long walk through a long field of tall grass. When he got to the edge, there was nothing. It was space. A vacuum. Being an adventuresome tiny bear rodent, he jumped off, but not into something, into nothing. As he fell through the starless abyss, in swooped Senorita Nighthawk, grabbing him by the neck scruff and flapping him off further into the darkness. There they came upon Archduke Flying Bear, and they all sang a song of bliss and ignorance and beers and laughter before going poof and becoming nothing. This nothing becomes an ethereal smooth dark lager from Thuringia.

Boom! The soft waters of Pilsen, Czech Republic birthed this classic style centuries ago & the waters from our Artesian wells in Memphis are perfect to create our version today. Pow! This beer is made with German pilsner malt and spiked with 50 lbs. of local wildflower honey. There are delicate aromas of sugar & clover wafting forth from this crisp, smooth Pale Lager. Shazam!
