Welcome to Cedar Agave! To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you limit your stay to 90 minutes for parties of 2 and 120 minutes for parties of 4 or more. Please review our reservation policy below: 1. Reservations: We accept reservations up to 30 days in advance through ToastTables. Reservations are highly recommended, especially for peak hours, to guarantee your preferred dining time. 2. Group Size: We can accommodate parties up to 6 guests per reservation. For larger parties or private events, please contact us at reservations@cedaragave.com. 3. Seating Times: Dinner service operates from 5 PM to 10 PM, and our lounge service runs from 10 PM to 1 AM. Please arrive on time for your reservation to ensure a seamless dining experience. 4. Reservation Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text once your reservation is booked. Please ensure all contact details are correct. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us directly. 5. Cancellations and No-Shows: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. For parties of 4 or more, a credit card is required to hold the reservation. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $20 per guest. 6. Late Arrivals: We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you are running late, please call us at (840) 251-3695. After 15 minutes without notification, we may release your table to accommodate other guests. 7. Dress Code: Cedar Agave maintains a casual elegant dress code. We kindly request no sportswear, scrubwear, beachwear, or overly casual attire. 8. Special Requests: We strive to accommodate special requests such as dietary restrictions, high chairs, or specific seating preferences. Please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to meet your needs. 9.Private Events: For inquiries about hosting a private event at Cedar Agave, please contact reservations@cedaragave.com. Located on the second floor at 14 E State St, Redlands, our intimate space accommodates 44 guests, offering a unique blend of casual elegance and cultural warmth. Open Wednesday to Saturday, we serve dinner from 5 PM to 10 PM, followed by a lounge experience from 10 PM to close, where guests can unwind and enjoy our distinctive ambiance.
