Cerberus Brewing Co. is a Colorado Springs brewery located in the sweet spot between the nightlife and entertainment of Downtown Colorado Springs and the heritage and history of Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Launched in the fall of 2016, Cerberus began with the ambitious goal of becoming the go-to spot for dining, socializing and, of course, drinking excellent craft beer. We wanted to be the local brewery, but we also want to be more. Our vision was to excel as a community hub, to be a place where you could stop in with your dog for a lazy day in the beer garden, gather the crew for an impromptu happy hour or get decked out with your honey for a night out on the town. The day we launched our business, the line was out the door. We hit the ground running that minute and have not stopped since.
