CASA CATRINA Reservation and Cancellation Terms & Conditions 1. Availability and Advance Reservations All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Casa Catrina. Online reservations are available for parties of up to 10 guests and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Parties of more than 10 guests require at least 72 hours' advance notice and must coordinate their reservations directly with the restaurant. 2. Arrival Time and Late Arrivals Guests are asked to arrive promptly at their scheduled reservation time. If no member of the party arrives within 10 minutes of the scheduled reservation time, Casa Catrina reserves the right to release the table. For group reservations, at least 60% of the party must arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation time. If this requirement is not met, the restaurant may release the table. Any subsequent seating will be subject to availability and may require the party to join the waitlist. 3. Weekend Dining Time Limit On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, all reservations are subject to a maximum dining time of 90 minutes, beginning when the first food item is served. Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved by restaurant staff. 4. Reservation Changes and Cancellations Regular reservations may be modified or canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled reservation time. For parties of more than 10 guests and reservations requiring a deposit or credit card preauthorization, at least 24 hours' notice is required for modifications or cancellations. All changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the restaurant. At this time, Casa Catrina does not charge fees for late cancellations or no-shows. 5. Deposits and Credit Card Preauthorizations Casa Catrina may require a deposit or credit card preauthorization for certain reservations, particularly large parties or reservations requiring special arrangements. Before the reservation is confirmed, guests will be informed of the deposit amount or preauthorization terms, as well as the applicable cancellation conditions. When applicable, deposits will be credited toward the guest's final bill. Deposit refunds will be issued as a Casa Catrina gift card when this method is legally permitted and has been disclosed to and accepted by the guest. If the restaurant cancels the reservation or applicable law requires another form of refund, the refund will be handled accordingly. 6. Table Assignments and Relocation Table assignments are subject to availability and the restaurant's operational needs. Casa Catrina reserves the right to move guests to another table suitable for their party size when necessary. 7. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Guests must inform restaurant staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Casa Catrina will take reasonable precautions to accommodate these needs; however, the restaurant cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contact. Guests with food allergies should consult restaurant staff before placing an order. This provision does not exclude any responsibilities the restaurant may have under applicable law. 8. Unforeseen Circumstances If temporary closures, infrastructure issues, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent Casa Catrina from honoring a reservation, the restaurant will make reasonable efforts to notify the guest as soon as possible and communicate any available alternatives. 9. Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings secure during their visit. Lost or found items should be reported to restaurant staff as soon as possible. This provision does not exclude any responsibilities the restaurant may have under applicable law. 10. Acceptance of Terms By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to review these terms and conditions. Any special conditions relating to deposits, preauthorizations, or group arrangements must be communicated to the guest before the reservation is confirmed.
