The experience begins with a guided walkthrough of our 40,000 sq ft Riverfront Distillery, where you'll break down, explore, and taste the dozen-plus ingredients & whiskey components that go into our signature Barrel 91 recipe - before it goes into our 4,000-gallon solera finishing barrel. After the tour, you'll enjoy a guided Full Proof whiskey flight - 3 single barrel samples of our “Barrel 91” recipe and 1 sample drawn directly from the solera barrel, along with a light snack/chocolate pairing. About Chattanooga Whiskey Riverfront Distillery

Opened in March 2017 and located in downtown Chattanooga, our Riverfront Distillery transformed a historic car dealership into one of the largest craft bourbon distilleries in the South. This location serves as the production site of our signature Tennessee High Malt®, our unique style of straight bourbon whiskey. Our grain-to-glass distillery is home to our custom-made 30ft Vendome copper column still and 100 gallon pot-still style doubler. With room to age more than 4,500 barrels of whiskey, the dunnage-style heated barrelhouse ebbs and flows with the hot & humid summers and mild winters of the Tennessee River Valley. Nestled inside the 46,000 square foot distillery is our 4,000 gallon charred, white oak Solera barrel, which finishes our signature Chattanooga Whiskey 91.
