Inspired by the effervescent "whiskey highball" style, Ginger Infused is a carbonated, whiskey-based seltzer, crafted with five all-natural ingredients: lemon peel, orange peel, dried ginger, lemongrass, and gentian. This vibrant blend of botanicals is infused into Chattanooga Whiskey’s signature recipe (Chattanooga Whiskey 91), which allows the aged whiskey to extract the full range of bright and refreshing flavors from the whole ingredients. After more than a week of infusion time, the whiskey is then blended with a hint of sugar, carbonated water, and finally canned at a flavorful yet approachable 8% ABV. Infused with whole strawberries, rhubarb, and lemon peel, this vibrantly flavored gin liqueur was developed by our Head Distiller, Tiana Saul - in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society - to inspire and support women’s education in distilling. Made with Country Malt’s celebrated Pink Boots Malt, this full-flavored Genever-style gin was distilled and infused with a blend of 12 ingredients, including over 170 pounds of dried strawberries. Chatt Whiskey Silver is the "white" expression of our signature Tennessee High Malt recipe - also known as "Barrel 91". Named in honor of the complex process and character of our spirit, Silver showcases the complexity of our high malt mash bill, extended fermentation, and finely-tuned distillation process. Given that all whiskeys must legally make contact with a barrel prior to bottling, Silver briefly “kisses” the inside of a single use Tennessee High Malt barrel prior to its 100 proof bottling. This short aging process lightly softens the character of the white spirit, while maintaining the lively, fruity and malty-sweet character that our distillers have drawn from the distillation process.
