Cheezy’s is a chef‑driven pizzeria founded by award‑winning pizzaiolo David Jacobson and co‑creator Raluca Romero, whose leadership, creativity, and heart shape everything we do. David proudly represents the U.S. Pizza Team, bringing competition‑level craft to a menu influenced by West Coast, East Coast, and Italian pizza traditions. Inspired by Cheezy the dog—our namesake and eternal good‑boy spirit—we make pizzas with real California ingredients, precision, and playfulness. Beyond our shop, our mobile kitchen brings Cheezy’s anywhere through catering, pop‑ups, and hands‑on pizza classes. We donate 1% of sales to Slice Out Hunger to help fight food insecurity.
