Oysters 101For the oyster novice or expert. Join us for a comprehensive dive into our regions’ most beloved bivalves. As a bonus, we’ll be pairing the oysters with their best friends: Loire Valley Melon de Bourgogne, aka Muscadet. Seats are limited to keep the experience intimate and interactive. The cost is $75 per person, with a $25 deposit that will go toward your final tab.
