Chicknic

A crispy, chewy, freshly-baked chocolate-chip, oatmeal, pecan, and toasted coconut cookie topped with Maldon salt. Made with grass-fed brown butter, organic cane sugar.

It’s back but when it’s gone, it’s gone! In Mexico, posole is served during New Year’s, at weddings, and is widely known as a hangover cure (which is probably why it's served at weddings and we know from personal experience - it works). Top at home with shredded lettuce or cabbage, avocados, sliced radishes, cilantro, and/or chopped onions. Very spicy. Probably too spicy for kids. Heat just as you would heat the chicken soup.
