We are a Latin-inspired rotisserie! We specialize in a three-day rotisserie process that starts with beer-brining our chickens for 24 hours, then letting them sit in our house marinade. On day three, we cook them to perfection in our 100% wood-charcoal oven. All meals are served with your choice of freshly made sauces, slaw, and handmade tortillas. We also offer a range of delicious sides, including white mac & cheese, roasted baby potatoes, roasted vegetables, sweet plantains, and more!
