Unfortunately, we never received our original order and a completely different order was delivered instead. It appears the issue was caused by the driver, who was delivering for multiple platforms at the same time and ended up delivering an Uber Eats order that wasn’t ours. Despite the mistake not being the restaurant’s fault, management took ownership of the situation, handled it professionally, and refunded our order, which was genuinely appreciated. Their willingness to make it right changed our experience entirely — we ended up ordering the same meal again for dinner that evening and will continue ordering from them in the future because of how well they handled the situation.
