Chloe, an American Bistro in Downtown Minneapolis, was created by the multi-talented team of Restore Restaurant Holdings, which also owns and operates EaTo. Located at 700 S. 3rd Street, inside the historic Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis Mill District hotel, the restaurant is known for its warm hospitality and classic fare from elevated apps to burgers, fish and steak frites. Open for both weekday lunches (Tues.-Fri.), happy hour and dinner. Restore Restaurant Holdings is pioneering a new way of running a restaurant company by collaborating with successful restaurateurs to rebuild the hospitality business in downtown Minneapolis and surrounding areas. RRH is headed by co-founders, Dennis Monroe and his son, Matthew Monroe. Also joining the company are sons Alex and JJ Monroe, who each bring their own talents to the hospitality-focused company.
