Thursday, August 27 | 6–8 PM For our next Cholita wine dinner, we’re trading seafood and white wine for a bold, beef-forward evening inspired by the gauchos of South America. We’re partnering with Kincaid’s Meat Market for a multi-course menu celebrating exceptional cuts of beef, alongside peak-season heirloom tomatoes sourced from the Broad Ripple Farmers Market. Throughout the evening, the menu will be paired with a curated collection of Spanish red wines. While Spanish wine isn’t traditionally gaucho territory, the connection runs deep: Spanish grape varieties and winemaking traditions helped shape the wine culture that developed throughout South America. It’s a pairing that brings Old World wine together with a menu inspired by South American flavors, fire and the culture of cooking meat exceptionally well. The food menu includes Wagyu Tiradito Wafu, Beef Belly Pincho, Beef Neck Empanada, El Gaucho Tableside Tomahawk, Indiana Tomato Sorbet, andChocolate Torte with Plum Ice Cream.
