Love their house-made gluten-free cassava tortillas, the steak taco is my favorite. Looking forward to trying the chicken. Splurged on the cassava churros for my birthday on this, my second, visit. Very good. Appreciate their healthy ingredient choices but a little disappointing. Have not had churros in decades. I remember a very crispy chewy deliciousness with the cinnamon sugar melting on my tongue and missed that. Love Aurora. Have had her as my waitress twice now. Expensive so wish they used the Blackbird app and/or the InKind app to help buffer the cost. But, I am OFFICIALLY addicted to their steak soft tacos on those cassava tortillas. Really like their guacamole and crispy house-made blue corn tortillas, too. Good portion of guac and I like the experience of breaking their “chips” into pieces. They also make these in-house and serve them as large whole 6-in round crispy tortillas!
