The unique concept of Chunna’s Sushi was originally brought to life in July 2023 in the heart of downtown Cave Junction. After working in the Restaurant industry for 25 years, chef and owner Chunna Chhea opened a food truck of his very own; offering a unique fusion of Hawaiian and Japanese dishes. Merging older techniques with a modern twist is the heart and soul of this concept. Originally starting off with traditional sushi, CHUNNA’S menu has exploded over the years to include sushi burrito, hawaiian food combos, bubble tea drinks and more!
