Party Space & Availability This package includes a reserved table in the Brewcade for 2 hours. The arcade remains open to the public during your party. Private buyouts are not included with this package. If you are interested in a full arcade or full upstairs private rental, please inquire — availability and pricing vary by day/time. Guest Count Package is designed for 8 kids. Additional kids may be added for an extra cost (game card + pizza/pop adjustments). Seating is reserved for your party, but arcade capacity cannot be restricted. Food & Beverage Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of dessert (cake/cupcakes). Additional pizzas, tenders, fries, drinks, or snacks may be added through your server. No outside alcohol allowed per ND law. Game Cards Package includes (8) $20 game cards. 25% off all additional game cards or reloads during your 2-hour party window. Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced unless they can be verified in our system. Timing Party includes 2 hours at your reserved table. Early access is not guaranteed but you may arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up. Staying longer is allowed if the table isn’t booked after you, but additional space cannot be guaranteed. Decor & Setup Allowed: balloons, table decor, banners that do not adhere to walls, themed plates/napkins. Not allowed: glitter, confetti, paint, adhesives, or decorations that damage surfaces. Candles must be enclosed (no open flame). Supervision Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the arcade. Parents/guardians are responsible for behavior, safety, and monitoring game play. Please respect other guests sharing the arcade. Payment & Deposit A credit card may be required to hold your reservation. Payment is due at the end of your party. Automatic gratuity may apply for large groups. Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full package price.
