Civil Provisions and Bar is currently open to the public 7 days a week with lunch starting at 11 a.m. and brunch on the weekends at 10 a.m. Please include children of all ages (especially strollers/carriers) in your party number to ensure a table with adequate space. Parties of 8 or more - Please call the restaurant for potential availability (423-654-8760). Checks can be split by a maximum of 10, and 20% gratuity will be added to all checks for parties of 6 or more. If personal cakes or wine bottles are brought in we will include a cakeage and/or corkage fee. Parties of 20 or more - If you’d like to consider booking the patio for a private event, please email marc@civilprovisions.com for more information, or fill out an event inquiry form on our website at civilprovisions.com.
