All bookings are final and non-refundable. Bookings will have taxes, fees, and a 20% gratuity added to the bookings' prepayment amount at the venue after arrival for the reservation. For additional spending at the venue beyond the bookings' pre-payment amount, additional taxes, fees, and 20% gratuity may also apply. Guests must bring valid photo ID, the credit/debit card used to purchase the booking(s), and the electronic booking confirmation for entry within the first 15 minutes of the start time of the booking(s) being the arrival check-in window. After a 15 minute no-show, we may terminate the booking(s) with no refund(s). For 2 hour bookings that start on/after 12:00 am, the end time for all of these bookings is the business closing time of 2:00 am. Every 2 hour booking is for up to 2 hours and is in the Central Time Zone. Our dress code is published on our clarkwoodhtx.com website. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests that have dress code violations. Bookings are subject to change without notice.
