Refreshing, crisp, and delightful, Pretty Pretty Pils is an ode to one of the most beloved beer styles at Cellarmaker Brewing. This bright and beautiful little Pilsner is brewed with Weyermann Extra Pale Premium Pilsner Malt to lay a clean and pure platform for an ever so gentle hopping of Hallertau Mittelfruh. The result is an incredibly drinkable crusher with just the right amount of depth to keep you interested. Naturally carbonated this pillowy soft Pilsner will bounce off your palate with a rounded effervescence that leads into an ever so charming floral aroma. Balanced and approachable, Pretty Pretty Pils reminds us that some of life’s simplest things are the prettiest.

A collision of intention and entropy, brewed in collaboration with There Does Not Exist. We layered Citra, Citra Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Nelson, Nectaron, and Cascade Cryo into a lean, driven West Coast frame. Bright citrus rind, ripe grapefruit, and white grape skins flicker across the nose, riding on a backbone of firm resin and pine sap. The Cryo hops sharpen the edges—energetic, taut, and razor-clean—while Nectaron and Nelson stretch the arc toward tropical tension. Beneath it all, a lean Pilsner malt base hums, never in the way. Expect a drink that demands attention—clear, biting, hop-intense—but with shape, balance, and intention. It’s not just an object in your glass—it’s one that stares back. 7.0% ABV

Smell the Colors is a hazy IPA that plays in full technicolor. Predominantly hopped with Citra alongside smaller amounts of Nectaron and a nice garnish of Simcoe T90 and Simcoe Cryo. Really beautiful bright flavors of grapefruit candy, mango and cara cara orange. Soft on the palate with a lush, pillowy mouthfeel. Those ‘olfactory hues... 6.5% ABV

Tomorrow's Dream was brewed with one of our best buddies in the biz, Max, from ThereDoesNotExist. We wanted to really ramp up the peach flavors on this one so we brought in the peachiest PNW and NZ varieties. Vera (grown in Idaho at Gooding Farms) is a brand new hop with incredible candied peach ring aroma and Peacharine (grown by Freestyle Farms in Nelson, New Zealand) is just what the name implies. Layer in a little Nelson, Nectaron and Citra to bring more stonefruit to the party and this beer is quite the peachy juice bomb!
