Refreshing, crisp, and delightful, Pretty Pretty Pils is an ode to one of the most beloved styles at Cellarmaker Brewing. Brewed with Weyermann Extra Pale Premium Pilsner Malt, it lays a clean, pure foundation for a delicate touch of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. The result is an effortlessly drinkable crusher with just enough depth to keep you coming back. Naturally carbonated, this pillowy soft Pilsner bounces across the palate with rounded effervescence and a charming floral aroma. This award-winning Pilsner took home a Bronze Medal at the Great American Beer Festival, proving that some of life’s simplest things can also be the prettiest. 5% ABV

Part Red Headed Stranger, part Scottish Highlands. Our take on a Wee Heavy keeps it simple, with a straightforward grist of Simpsons Finest Golden Promise and just a touch of Simpsons Black Malt. The real work happens in the kettle, where we let the boil roll for a full three hours to push that deep Maillard character. The beer comes out a beautiful glowing amber, rich with notes of toffee, toasted bread crust and dark caramel. All leading into a warming and smooth finish. 6.8% ABV

Our anniversary Pale Ale recipes have always come from a farmer's market kind of mentality. What are the best hops in our fridge this year? What are the hop varieties we are most excited about right now? What is a combo that we haven't seen yet that just sounds delightful? Here it is! This one has Freestyle Farms' Tropical Fusion Blend taking the lead with a nice passionfruit/kiwi gummy bear character, NZ Cascade right behind it for that big lime zest hit, rounding it out is our beloved Oregon-grown Coleman Ag Mosaic, Nectaron Cryo and some real melon-forward Idaho grown Simcoe. For right now, this is top of the tops for us, our faves all together in one Pale Ale to celebrate 13 years. Cheers! 5.7% ABV

Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops and dry hopped at 3 lbs. per barrel for pleasantly diesel-like, tropical fruit and melon aromas. Climbing Mt. Nelson is fun, but finding your way to the bottom of the glass is better. 5.7% ABV

Cellarmaker Brewing and Burgeon Beer Company (@burgeonbeer) have always shared a deep affinity for pale ale, so we were stoked to team up with our buddies from down south on this tasty little ripper. Get Pitted is crisp, dry and packed with Simcoe, Centennial, Freestyle Tropical Fusion, Krush Cryo and Simcoe Cryo. Expect a big set of tropical fruit, bright citrus and a little dank rolling over a clean, light malt base, finishing snappy and bitter the way a West Coast pale should. Paddle out and catch one while it lasts! 5.7% ABV

Get ready for some dank rips from our newest pale ale Lil’ Terp. This baby is loaded with our most terpene laden hops. Citra brings hits of Tangerine Dream, Enigma has bold OG Kush like stickiness, and Nectaron - Grape Ape sweetness - all rolled into one ganja redolent beer. 5.7%

It's-a collab! Brewed with our buds at ISM, Super Hashbros is a turbo-charged West Coast IPA that plays with power. This one’s stacked with Simcoe, Cascade, Krush, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, and Nelson—bringing a warp zone of pine, diesel, citrus peel, and tropical fruit. Clear, crisp, and crackling with hop intensity, it’s a perfect blend of old-school bitterness and modern aroma bombs. Smash a can, save the palate, and stay on that dank quest. 7.0% ABV

We teamed up with our dear friend Mat at Living Haus in Portland, Oregon. We've been buddies with Mat since he worked at Modern Times many moons ago and have enjoyed watching his brewery in Oregon put out epic beer after epic beer. Inside the Skull is another crisp Westie loaded up with our fave... NZ + American hops together. This one is hopped with Experimental NZ109, Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Cryo and the tiniest hit of Ekuanot Cryo. Do we like our WCIPAs to taste like tropical fruit and weed? Sure do! 7.0% ABV

Kern River Brewing helped blow the doors off what West Coast IPA could be back in the late 2000s. Beers like Just Outstanding showcased hops like Simcoe and Amarillo, which may sound mundane today but were truly unique and new in that timeline. Then came their DIPA simply named Citra Double IPA, one of the first to showcase (the then brand new!) Citra hop in all its tropical-lime-mango glory. Complete game-changer. We wouldn’t be brewing the way we do without their influence. Absolutely Fantastic is a loud, juicy high-five to KRBC for showing us how expressive and full-on hops could/can be. We loaded this one up with Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe, and a hit of Cascade—bringing together classic and new-school characters in a way that just feels... Absolutely Fantastic. 7% ABV

Every year we travel to Washington to carefully choose the best hops from the American Pacific Northwest. In the rooms where we select these hops focus is paramount and it feels as if time stands still. Timeland is a West Coast IPA that is brewed with three of those hops: Mosaic, Citra and Idaho 7 – a perfect triumvirate to bring the heaviest dankness, citrus, pine and guava tang. 6.3% ABV

Strata takes the stage here alongside trusty Mosaic, creating a punchy duet of dankness and fruit. Strata brings its signature weedy character layered with pineapple and lemon, while Mosaic adds waves of guava, tangerine, and pine. Together they hit all the right notes for a focused, resinous West Coast IPA that’s clear, crisp, and loaded with flavor. Drink up! 6.8% ABV

Bright, crisp, and bursting with hop-forward character, Pacific Crush is a classic West Coast IPA with a modern twist. Featuring a bold blend of Mosaic, Citra, NZ Cascade, and the uniquely vibrant Krush hops, this brew delivers a punch of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and dank pine. Up front, expect aromas of mango, grapefruit, and passionfruit with a hint of lime leaf and stone fruit. A lean malt backbone keeps the body light and lets the hops shine, while a firm bitterness and dry finish give it that clean West Coast snap. 6.1% ABV

Hop Slangin’ is jam packed with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops for aromas of mango and overripe passion fruit, lychee and rambutan, pine, and a slight diesel character from the Nelson Sauvin. The flavor is a burst of resinous pine and juicy ripe stonefruit all supported by the peppery, oily rye. Slang some hops in yo’ face! 7.0% ABV

Hopped with Citra, Nectaron, and Peacharine, Cloudweaver is a showcase of three of our brewers' favorite varieties. The trio work together almost too well, producing an aroma of white peach gummy rings, overripe honeydew, and tropical fruit that drifts up from the glass in a way that'll have your nose doing most of the work before your first sip. 7% ABV

Wizard Hand of Evil is a sinisterly drinkable IPA with aromas of just ripened pineapple and Bartlett pears. A balanced malt profile and just enough bitterness on the back to make you go back for another sip. The all-seeing eye that sees! Hops: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin & Idaho 7. 6.6% ABV

The Glow invites everyone into its warm, hazy embrace. While emanating bold, juicy flavors and bright hoppy aromatics this Hazy IPA remains uniquely approachable to any drinker. Brewed with a simple grist of barley and flaked wheat, the beer is a soft, plush, and pleasant canvas for a delicate application of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy. Overflowing with aromas of pineapple, Manila mango, and tropical passionfruit, this beer will envelop your senses in a wave of flavor. Accessible, crushable, and downright tasty, The Glow is deftly crafted for any and all takers. Its velvety smooth texture and beaming golden haze is perfectly suited for every occasion. 6.2% ABV

We paired up with our long time buddies Ian and Gene from Ism Brewing in Long Beach, California to bring in a fresh West Coast Double IPA for our anniversary celebration. Survival is Vengeance is loaded up with Simcoe and Centennial Cryo on the hot side to lay down a classic resin/pine/grapefruit base and the dry hop is packed with 7lbs per bbl of Simcoe, Nelson T90 and Cryo, Nectaron T90 and Cryo and last but not least, experimental hop NZH106. This one is a pineapple bomb of a beer. Dripping in resin, bright and punchy as all hell. We may have used too many hops in this beer, but hey, it's an anniversary celebration... let's party! 8.2% ABV

Marking 13 years of Doing Business! Triple Dobis brings an amplified hop experience to the Dobis line. This hazy triple IPA bursts with tropical fruit, citrus, and resinous notes, balanced by a smooth, full-bodied malt backbone. Juicy, vibrant, and layered, it’s a celebration of flavor and craftsmanship. Raise a glass to thirteen years of hustle, hops, and doing business the Dobis way. 10.5% ABV

Old Head Red is an American Red Ale that perfectly marries rich malt expression with the classic characteristics of Cascade and Simcoe. Designed for all the Old Head beer drinkers out there, the beer showcases just the right amount of caramel and toasted bread crust character to support the slightly dank and piney notes of the hops. 6.0% ABV

A lightly smoked coffee porter. Brewed with a touch of German Beechwood Smoked Malt as well as high quality English malts, the beer is a perfectly chocolaty and roasty base for hundreds of lbs of freshly roasted coffee. 7.7% ABV

It's a Dry Wheat is an American Wheat Ale developed around the idea of a fuller bodied beer with a crisp and dry finish. While maintaining the soft texture expected of the style, this beer delivers a light and easy-drinking experience. A subtle hopping lends a gentle aroma of citrus and stone fruit, with a light floral note that carries through the palate. Smooth, balanced, and lightly hopped, this beer pours pale and hazy and drinks clean from start to finish. 4.7% ABV

Our unexpected flagship, after all these years, taken somewhere deeper. Imperial porter, imperial stout, and a double barrel-aged imperial stout blended together, all built on the same lightly smoked, chocolaty, roasty base as the original. Half spent 18 months in Weller Antique 107 barrels, a quarter sat 26 months in Willet Family Estate bourbon barrels, and the final quarter aged a full 55 months across Weller Special Reserve and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked barrels. Toffee, vanilla, espresso, and deep oak, with bourbon sweetness meeting dark roast. 13.7% ABV

A three-part blend built on patience. Half is barleywine aged 18 months in Leopold Bros bourbon barrels, bringing caramel, vanilla, and warm oak. A quarter is imperial porter that spent 14 months in Weller Antique 107 barrels, adding toffee and soft wood. The last quarter is imperial stout that sat 36 months in Savage and Cooke rye whiskey barrels, layering dark chocolate, dried fruit, and spice. 14.2% ABV

Punny and refreshing, You Guava Be Kidding Me Cider is appealing to both cider lovers and IPA fanatics. Infused with Brazilian guavas, the flavor is tropical and aromatic with a nice dry finish.

Inclinado is Spanish for “tilted,” and this is our California twist on a Basque sidra—with bubbles! 100% organic dry-farmed Gravensteins from Vulture Hill Orchard and Laura's Orchard, both in Sebastopol. Fermented with native yeasts in neutral French oak barrels. Tangy and bright; lychee, Concord grape, and walnut shell aromas; with citrusy herbal notes. No escanciar required but fills that sidra void in your heart. 8.5%

Pet-nat coferment of organic, dry-farmed Wickson, Vulture Hill Orchard, Sebastopol, and organic, dry-farmed Carignan, Trimble Vineyard, Mendocino County. 10 days whole-cluster maceration Native yeast fermentation, unfined, minimal sulfites. Hand riddled and disgorged. Luscious, bright, racy, with tart raspberry and wild herb notes. 10.0% ABV

The nose bursts with rich pear, green apple, and hints of cream. On the palate the wine shows great finesse and balance with notes of papaya and pear rounded out with hints of hazelnuts, finishing with crisp acidity and freshness. 11.5% ABV

Pale salmon hue with bright aromas of orange blossom, citrus, and red grapefruit. Summer melon, orange sorbet, and raspberry lemonade on the palate. Hand-harvested at night, whole cluster pressed in classic Vin Gris style. Fermented in neutral French oak and stainless steel. Bone-dry with racy acidity and mineral tension. Fruit from Ryder Vineyard in Forestville and Ramondo Vineyard in Sebastopol Hills.

Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.

Our 2021 Syrah aged 15 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation.

Our 2024 Chardonnay is comprised of fruit from the English Hill and Taylor Ridge Vineyards, both located between Sebastopol and the Pacific Ocean. Extreme weather swings from warm days to cool foggy nights and mornings create an expressive Chardonnay with a high impact tropical fruit aroma. Oak character is subtle as the barrels we used were just shy of neutral. Flavors and aromas of guava, pineapple, lemon, lilac and subtle toast. Highly refreshing.
