GuyFieriphilia To Go - Large
Tesoro #5, Cherry-Infused Coca-Cola, Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Lime, American Cheese Symptoms include: uncontrolled attraction to bowling shirts and frosted tips, delusions of dwelling in Flavortown. [Americana, Agavelicious, The Cheese Infusion is Gangsta] He’s that Guy... quite literally. And this cocktail is an ode to all the flavors across this bountiful land that the Mayor (or perhaps “king” is more fitting... with his crown of frosted tips) of Flavortown has spent an entire career showcasing. A cherry coke... a burger with American cheese... an open highway... a convertible... and a Smash Mouth CD queued up all in one glass.$30.00
Flamingo Moon To Go - Large
Letherbee Gin, Nigori Sake, Yuzu Prickly Pear Shrub, Lemon The perfect classy companion for a summer evening... actually the perfect companion would be a flamingo with sunglasses... but this is a close second. [Fruity, Silky, Refined] A delicate bouquet of intriguing fruity flavors. Prickly Pear’s juicy bubblegum fruit is balanced by the bright acidity of yuzu vinegar shrub. What the Fruit Stripe gum Zebra drinks when he needs to unwind from a long day of gum ambassadorship.$30.00
About Dang Thyme To Go - Large
Lemon Peel and Lemon Thyme Sous-Pressed Bourbon, Toasted Coriander Honey, Lemon The right flavors done in the right way. [Golden Citrus Honey, Herbal Rush, Joyful Balance] Herbal infusions are the hardest to do correctly. A cryogenic sous-pression infusion is the best way we know how to keep the flavors vibrant and popping without becoming overbearing. This is a straightforward cocktail in design but elegant and balanced in its finish.$30.00
Last Known Address To Go - Large
Coconut Milk-Punched Toasted Coconut Flake-Infused Mezcal, Curried Maraschino, Uncharted Rhapsody, Lime Turns out this cocktail’s last home was on Flavortown Blvd, Glen Ellyn, IL. (It still lives here FYI) [Flavorful, Unusual, Culinary] Yes, it’s a mezcal Last Word riff. But it’s layered with coconut and curry flavors before being clarified with additive-free coconut milk.$30.00
The Church of Yakultology To Go - Large
Yogaruta Soju, Panamanian Heavy Rum, Yakult, Coconut, Pineapple, Orange, Popping Boba A cult?? No… Yakult. [Tropical Yakult Goodness Mystically Clarified] Enjoying this rich tropical ode to yogaruta is definitely not an initiation ritual. There is no cult... Just Yakult. We are simply a group of people interested in exploring the intersection of delicious probiotics and cocktails... now if you would simply hold the paddles with both hands and answer a few probing personal questions we can measure your Y-score and recommend some courses to help you reach your full potential.$30.00Piña Colada To Go - Large
PLanteray Cut and Dry Coconut Rum, Coconut Cream, Pineapple Juice$30.00Mai Thai To Go - Large

Ingredients: Litchi-Noir Infused Sazerac 100, Alpine Floral Liqueur, Bonal$30.00
Herb Your Enthusiasm To Go - Large
Mint, Basil, and Blistered Shishito Sous-Pressed Blanco Tequila, Sotol, Gen-P, Suze, Cardamaro A Negroni—but make it full of summer herbaceous and floral flavors. [Light Bitterness, Alpine Floral, Mediterranean Herbal] The herbs and shishitos are cryogenically sous-pressed into the tequila to keep the flavors popping and non-oppressive. The build is boozy, Negroni-level bitter, and perfect for a hot day.$30.00
Cherry Picking (Up The Pieces) To Go - Large
Door County Tart Cherry Juice and Madeira-Switched Bourbon, Roasted Orange Peel, Cardamaro, Rancio Sec, Dolce Madeira, Bitters You could call me “old fashioned” but I’d prefer it if you called me on my cell phone. [Layered, Fruited, Rich] This cocktail design is in loving memory to Chad’s late grandparents and his experience picking cherries from their trees in their backyard to be used for pies. If they drank at all he’d imagine serving this to his grandpa.$30.00
Side Quest To Go - Large
Aromatic Alsatian Wine-Switched Gin, Cocchi Americano, Cap Corse Blanc, Orange Bitters An international special agent accepts a mission to improve one of the worst literary/classic cocktails… [Alsaucy, Boozy-But-Lite, Stirred-Not-Shaken] Ian Fleming was a good author and a bad mixologist, but that doesn’t mean the Vesper has no hope for redemption. A beautiful wine became the backbone for this variation in both the switch and in the build of the drink.$30.00
Miles & Miles (Of Martini Smiles) To Go - Large
Blueberry Longan Royal Navy Gin, British Malt, IPA-Infused Honey, Dry Vermouth If fruity martinis wished upon a star and became a real cocktail. [Summer Fruit, Hint of Bitter] One of two cocktails inspired by my son Miles Frank (named for each of his grandfathers). An ode to the connection he shares with his maternal grandfather Miles, their British ancestry, and his love of craft beer (thus the gin, malt, and IPA), these flavors are used to give complexity and legitimacy to a “fruity martini” format.$30.00
Peach On Earth (Good Swill Toward Men) To Go - Large
Peach-Infused Brown Butter-Washed Mezcal, Peach Brown Sugar Syrup, Bitters Sometimes Mezcal Old Fashioned drinkers want to be slapped in the face with Southern hospitality without the annoying sweetness. [Perfectly Peached, Just Sweet Enough, Bring On Sunshine Attitude] We annoy ourselves with extra steps sometimes, but hope and believe it can be worth it. This is an example of a try-hard flavor layering process that turned out to be smile-inducing across the board. The mezcal is washed with brown butter, then sous-vide with dehydrated peaches. Then extra peachiness is achieved through simmering more peaches in a brown sugar syrup.$30.00Purple Perhap? To Go - Large
Additive Free Blanco Tequila, Sugar-Free Monkfruit Orange Oil Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup, Clarified Lime Juice$15.00Humpty's Humps To Go - Large
Blanco Tequila, Oolong, Orange Peel Lime, Orange Juice$30.00
