Baroque- Vienna Lager 5.6%ABV Baroque is our take on an Austrian style Vienna lager which are more amber in color. Crisp and dry with notes of toast and bread with background flavors of toffee and caramel all pair wonderfully with the floral and spicy hop adition. Baroque has a medium bodied mouth feel and is highly crushable.

Betelgeuse Gose 6.0%ABV Cherry, Cranberry, Raspberry, Lemon & Juniper Berries Keeping with the Halloween theme, this gose pours a deep blood-red hue and carries a nostalgic juicy character reminiscent of bright red Kool-Aid. Juniper berries lend a citrusy note with hints of pine, balancing the bold juiciness found in Betelgeuse.

Big Kahuna - IPA 5.8% ABV NZ Cascade- Passionfruit, Peach, Stone Fruit NZ Pacific Sunrise- Tropical, Citrus, Jammy Berry Riwaka Subzero Hopkief- Lychee, Kumquat, Grapefruit Big Kahuna is brewed in collaboration with our friends at Pelon’s Baja Grill. We utilized Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief to push huge tropical notes of passionfruit, lychee, and lime, then paired it with New Zealand Cascade and Pacific Sunrise to layer in citrus, berries, and even more juicy stone fruit character. Big Kahuna is packed with bright, tropical hop flavor while staying crisp and sessionable. Bursting with fruit and built for easy drinking, it’s the perfect beer to pair with Pelon’s signature dishes for the rest of summer.

Black Kat Chocolate Candy Stout 8.0%ABV *Contains Peanut Products*-ALLERGEN WARNING Kit Kat, Butterfinger and Reese’s Pieces Black Kat is back with gobs of chocolate this year. This batch carries a playful edge, with nostalgic candy bar flavors of peanuts, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate woven throughout all at an approachable 8% ABV.

Hazy IPA w/Strata & Mosaic Hops 6.5% Collab with George Mason University. Brave and Bold has a straw-colored, pale appearance with a nice amount of haze. On the nose, you get a big hit of passion fruit and berries that continue as you sip. On the palate, a burst of grapefruit flavors, paired with more berries and citrus notes, starts to take over. This offering is highly sessionable and easy-drinking at 6.5%, packed with a ton of exotic flavors sure to please craft beer lovers of all experience levels

Everywhen - DIPA 8.3ABV Galaxy- Passionfruit, Mango, Ripe Peach skin Everywhen has a long history with Commonwealth dating back to 2018. We last brewed this beer in 2022 to make way for different DIPA’s over the years. We were excited to approach this beer again and utilize Galaxy in ways we hadn’t before. Galaxy is up front and center with notes of Peach Skins and passionfruit immediately. We paired it with a few other of our favorite aroma hops to round the flavor profile a bit. Expect guava and mango to make an appearance with a hit of grapefruit flesh to add a touch of bitterness to round out all the fruit flavors.

False Idols - Helles Lager 5.0%ABV Hallertau Hersbrucker- Spice, Orange, Black Tea Clean, crisp, and gently malty, False Idols is our interpretation of everything we look for in a classic Helles Lager. Notes of fresh bread and cracker lead the way, followed by a subtle malt sweetness carried by a soft, pillowy body. Hallertau Hersbrucker hops provide a delicate counterpoint, lending subtle aromas of black tea, orange peel, and gentle spice. Balanced, smooth, and endlessly drinkable, False Idols is a lager built around simplicity, nuance, and letting quality ingredients speak for themselves.

Falstaff- English Style Dry Porter 7.0%ABV Falstaff is back and better than ever. We went heavy on English caramel and crystal malts to give it a full body and achieve those classic malty notes we were aiming for. Right up front, you get a subtle sweetness balanced by a touch of roastiness, complemented by chocolate and a generous amount of caramel notes. We used my favorite English yeast strain, which we previously showcased in Northumbria. It contributes stone fruit and nutty esters while allowing the malt flavors to take center stage rather than fade into the background. Falstaff is incredibly balanced and approachable, making it a great choice for anyone unfamiliar with this style and looking to try something dark this season

Fuzzmatic- IPA 5.5% ABV Freestyle Peacharine- Peaches, Peach Skin, Fuzzy Nectarines Peacharine has quickly earned its place as one of the most sought after hops in modern craft beer, especially for hazy IPAs and pale ales. With Fuzzmatic, we wanted to let this remarkable hop speak entirely for itself: 100% Peacharine, with not a single other hop pellet in the mix. Expect an explosion of ripe peach, juicy nectarine, and delicate white peach skin from the first sip to the last. Pouring with a brilliantly pale haze and supported by a pillowy, oat-forward mouthfeel, Fuzzmatic delivers a soft, juicy drinking experience that showcases everything Peacharine has to offer.

Gone Troppo- IPA 5.5% ABV Nectaron- Pineapple, Peach, Passion Fruit, Citrus, Grapefruit Gone Troppo is another 100% single-variety hopped beer. We featured Nectaron on this offering, which is another heavy-hitting New Zealand variety. Nectaron has it all: peach, citrus, passion fruit, and exotic tropical fruit aromas. Gone Troppo is super pale in color and has a velvety body from the heavy-handed amount of oats we pushed into the mash. At 5.5%, it's packed with enough aroma and flavor to make you think you’re drinking a heavily hopped DIPA without the ABV.

Havana - Gose 7.2%ABV Pineapple, Tangerine, Cherry, Meyer Lemon Havana takes inspiration from the bright, tropical flavors of a classic Havana-style cocktail. Pineapple leads the way with big, juicy tropical fruit while tangerine and Meyer lemon bring layers of sweet citrus and bright acidity. Cherry adds a bit of sweetness and color that plays perfectly against the pineapple and citrus.

Imperial Nitro Chocolate Stout 8.7%

Mezcalita - Gose 6.0%ABV Mango, Lime, Smoked Sea Salt Mezcalita takes inspiration from the bright, smoky flavors of a mezcal cocktail. Ripe mango brings a big tropical sweetness while lime cuts through with a bright citrus acidity, keeping every sip crisp and refreshing. Smoked sea salt ties everything together, adding a subtle salinity and touch of smoke that plays perfectly with the sweet mango and tart lime. The result is tropical, citrusy, slightly smoky, and a refreshing gose that drinks like a mezcal cocktail in a glass.

Mimosahhh Fruited Hard Seltzer w/Tangerine, Mandarin, and Orange Zest 5%ABV Here’s a fresh batch of Mimosahhh just in time for summer. Bursting with bright, zesty Tangerine, it captures all the juicy citrus vibes of a classic mimosa. The seltzer base brings crisp sparkling wine character and a lively fizz, making every sip light, bubbly, and refreshingly brunch-worthy. It’s basically a mimosa in a can—perfect for poolside hangs.

Northumbria- English Style Brown Ale 5.0%ABV We decided to go full English and use a classic English yeast strain I was exposed to on our UK trip last year. It’s more malt-forward with a bigger body and a slight toasty and roasty hit; there’s also a little bit of chocolate that comes through. Additionally, there is a very pleasant dark fruit note (fig/raisin) that pairs perfectly with the more malt-forward presence this time around. Another perfect campfire beer.

Nosferatu- DIPA 8.3%ABV Freestyle Tropical Fusion- Sweet Exotic Citrus, Complex Tropical Aromas Dolcita-Stone Fruit, Peaches, White Peach Skin Nosferatu features an experimental hop varietal from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand called Tropical Fusion. We paired it with Dolcita, another newer experimental hop varietal. Together, they produce an intense burst of stone fruit character up front, with passionfruit and guava aromas intertwined throughout.

Old School/New Skool- Hazy IPA 7.3% ABV Cryo Cascade- Grapefruit peel, floral, spicy Galaxy- Passionfruit, grapefruit, citrus, peach Citra- Citrus zest, Citrus Flowers OSNS is one of our legacy one-off IPAs that we’ve brewed multiple times since 2018. It highlights our traditional approach to crafting hazy IPAs while also exploring more modern techniques during mash-in and fermentation. Over the years, it has become a fan favorite as it continues to evolve with each batch.

Flagship Hazy IPA 6.5%

Redwoods West Coast IPA 6.0% ABV Chinook-Apricot, Resin, Grapefruit, Pineapple Citra- Citrus zest, Orange Columbus- Citrus, Wood, Pine This round of Redwoods hits with a massive burst of apricot and grapefruit zest. Notes of wood and pine come through, rounded out by bright citrus fruit. We got a little nerdy with this batch and let fermentation naturally carbonate Redwoods, creating finer bubbles in the foam and delivering a creamier, smoother mouthfeel—while also enhancing the beer’s aromatic profile.

Solstyle West Coast Rye IPA w/Comet Salvo, Cryo Cascade, and EXP 09326 Hops 6.5% Solstyle is a nice, dry sessionable IPA with a ton of flavor. The rye contributes a slight graininess with a hint of spice, but our hop regimen smooths it out, making it very fruit-forward. Notes of berry, citrus, stone fruit, and tropical fruit are all interwoven, while still allowing the rye to shine through. Darius did a great job with this one.

Squeeze Play- Gose 6.0%ABV Peach, Honey, Strawberry, Vanilla, Lemon Zest Squeeze Play is oozing with summer flavors. We used a combination of Wildflower and Orange Blossom honey and layered a ton of peach and strawberry juice with it. We then treated the entire batch with vanilla beans and lemon zest. Peach and strawberry provide a ton of juice character, especially when paired with the combo of honey we used. Lemon zest and vanilla add a creaminess to each sip that reminds you of summer dessert at a family BBQ.

Stangebier- Kölsch Style Ale 4.2%ABV Stangebier is a welcome addition to our summer lineup. Light-bodied with a dry finish, it offers a touch of malty sweetness balanced by subtle fruity hop bitterness. This Kölsch finishes exceptionally clean and crisp. You'll notice delicate notes of bread and honey with a hint of spice tying it all together. It's the perfect thirst quencher for these blazing hot summer days.

Vibe Codex- IPA 5.5%ABV Krush- Mango, Berries, Guava Freestyle Manilita- Candy, Sweet Red Grapefruit, Papaya Vibe Codex showcases Manilita, an experimental hop from Freestyle Hops that bursts with notes of gummy candy, sweet red grapefruit, and ripe papaya. We paired it with Krush to layer in even more vibrant tropical fruit character, creating a hop profile that's juicy, expressive, and incredibly approachable. Despite its easy drinking 5.5% ABV, Vibe Codex delivers flavor well above its weight class. Pouring with a pale haze reminiscent of our DIPA lineup, it finishes with a soft, velvety mouthfeel that keeps every sip smooth and satisfying.

Hazy IPA w/Cryo Pop- Sweet Aromatic, Citrus, Tropical Idaho 7- Apricot, Orange, Grapefruit 6% ABV Wave Tribe is our new one-off featuring Cryo Pop and Idaho 7 hops. Up front, you’ll get a slight hit of sweet tropical fruit and stone fruit esters, complemented by a touch of citrus zest. Super pale in color, its straw-yellow haze makes it the perfect beach beer this summer at 6% ABV.

Oktoberfest- Märzen Lager 5.2% Oktoberfest pours a beautiful dark golden color with notes of bread, honey, caramel, and a hint of toffee, all carried by a rich, malty grain bill. We allowed it to naturally carbonate, resulting in a smoother drinking experience and a wonderfully thick, foamy head. Traditional German hop aromas burst through as you sip, finishing super clean.
