About Copper Forge Distilling
Copper Forge Distilling is a veteran owned and operated artisan craft distillery, restaurant, and tasting-room/lounge. We specialize in small batch spirits and locally grown meat and produce. Our products include Indiana corn vodka, a lighter dry botanical gin, Caribbean-style rum, and bourbon with locally-sourced grain.
Our rum and bourbon are aging in large casks for exceptional quality and taste--no shortcuts. Our gin uses traditional London Dry botanicals with the juniper toned down so the other wonderful flavors shine through. The rum is a classic blend of blackstrap molasses and raw organic cane, yielding superior rum flavor. And it's hard to beat Indiana corn when making an exceptional vodka.
