Reservations at Corkscrew can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. To keep our dine-in experience intimate we offer limited seating up to 52 seat guess (small & intimate), as we do offer a large party and private events dining . Our bar seating is on a first come, first served basis. Reservation Hours Reservations can be made during our regular operating hours. Thursday- 5PM-11PM (All Day Happy Hour) Friday & Saturday- 5PM- 12AM (Live Music Nights) Sunday- 12PM- 5PM (Brunch) Last-minute reservations may be subject to availability. Reservation Methods Reservations can be made by phone (443-804-4719) (text messages are expectable), or via email (corkscrewhampden@gmail.com). For online reservations via google, Yelp or Social Media, please use our booking platform Toast Tables to secure your table. Reservations are not guaranteed until a confirmation is received (via email or phone). Please do not show up with more than your reserved party amount; without notifying Corkscrew prior to arrival or reservation will be cancelled (Corkscrew will NOT accommodate extra seating or rearrange our dining room seating) . We require at least half of the party to arrive before being seated within 15 mins of your reservation; orders will not be taken until the entire party has arrived. Reservation Group Size We accept reservations for groups of [2 to 4] guests per section with a 90- 1 hour 1/2 time limit. For larger groups 5 or more may require a deposit , please contact us directly for availability and special arrangements at 443-804-4719 (text messages are expectable). Reservation Time Please arrive on time for your reservation. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ensure timely seating. If you’re running late, please contact the restaurant or send a message through toast tables to adjust your reservation. Cancellation Policy Cancellations should be made at least [1 hours] before the restaurant opening time. No-Show Policy If a guest fails to show up for their reservation without prior notice, the table may be released to other guests after a 15-minute grace period. Repeated no-shows may result in the guest being blacklisted from future reservations. Deposit or Pre-Payment Starting April 1st, 2025; Corkscrew reserve the right to charge a $10 per person deposit fee for all reservations 5 or more. For large groups, special events, or holidays, a deposit or pre-payment may be required to confirm the reservation. The deposit amount will be credited toward the final bill. Deposits are non-refundable for prepay events, no-shows, and late arrivals. (There’s a 15 grace time on all reservations). Special Requests We strive to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, seating preferences, special occasions). These requests should be made at the time of the reservation or when confirming the booking. Private Dining & Events For private dining or events, please contact the restaurant directly for specific policies, availability, and menu options. A contract may be required for large events. Walk-Ins While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend making a reservation to ensure availability, especially during busy periods. All reservation will be have a 90min to 2 hour seating limited (depending on party size). Reservations and wait times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. There is a $30 dessert fee to bring a cake or any outside desserts onsite. (No balloon with confetti or glitter allowed). We take pride in keeping our establishments clean: there will be a $200 cleaning fee for parties that require cleaning due to inappropriate conduct. Please note: There can be a wait on Specialty Cocktails and Some specialty menu items, due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances that can occur. Reminder that our Kitchen last call is at 10:00 PM Thursday, 11PM Friday and Saturday, and 6:00PM on Sunday.
