We make this from scratch and call it Adult Chili cause it’s a little spicey - got some ground beef, cayenne pepper, barbecue sauce, cumin and all the usual chili stuff!

This is a baked bean recipe I got from my mom years ago - kinda sweet - I even like it with fried eggs!

Our regular coleslaw all mixed up with medium barbecue sauce - great on sandwiches or as a side.

I got the idea for barbecue onions from Bill, Neal and Phils BBQ in Phenix City a bunch of decades ago when I ate there as a teenager. Ours are marinated in barbecue sauce - sorta like pickling them.

These are the dried kind. We cook them with some of our smoked ham for a real southern treat.

Our butter beans are tiny green ones cooked with smoked ham. We insist on petite ones and they are super hard to find. Every now and then we have to buy a little larger bean. They are definitely one of our most popular items.

Now this is a love or hate relationship. I love it. Vinegar based, kind of a German flavor but great with barbecue.

We use only fresh collards and cook them in a large steam kettle with ham and a few spices. They’re really good and very popular - assuming you like collards! I do!

We use fresh ripe apples, cut them up and cook with cinnamon, sugar, apple cider and other stuff. They’re great with pork or even for dessert!

Our Brunswick Stew is among the best and we’ve worked on the recipe for years. The original came from a Vice President at Southern Foods years ago. Ours is basically pork, chicken, onions, tomatoes, corn, barbecue sauce and spices. It takes a lot of time and labor to make it but it’s worth it.

Now we’re kinda famous for these. They’re really large Mississippi sweets. We rub them with oil and bake. You can get butter, cinnamon or brown sugar or all three.

God ole Southern potato salad we make from red potatoes, pickle relish, mustard, mayo and other stuff.

Now what’s special about our regular tossed salad is we chop fresh lettuce pretty much all day long. It’s got a little mix in it with red cabbage and carrots. Pick which great dressing you want.

This is certainly one of our most popular pies. Fresh lemons, eggs and sweetened condensed milk with mile high meringue. Any of y'all old enough will remember the Goo Goo Restaurant with their tall meringue - that's who we try to emulate. (and you thought it was a car wash)

Been drinking them since I was a kid (couple years ago) and love them! Vanilla ice cream in the bottom with IBC Rootbeer poured over!

Just great southern sweet ice tea. We filter the water, use a special recipe and nothing but cane sugar!

Same good tea as our sweet tea just left out the sugar.

Y’all know what that is - our sweet ice tea mixed with housemade lemonade.

Now we’re crazy to do this but we actually squeeze fresh lemons to make our lemonade. Just lemon juice, cane sugar and filtered water. SORRY BUT NO REFILLS ON LEMONADE

I’m a root beer fan and this is a good’un - served in the bottle.
