Join us as we sample and discuss the mysterious green fairy, Absinthe! During this experience, you can expect to participate in a discussion about the history, production, and prohibition of absinthe, along with absinthe cocktails and uses. You will also be led through a classic absinthe service, using a traditional French absinthe fountain and spoon, and we will taste and discuss a selected absinthe each month. After the experience, you are invited to stay and enjoy our expansive absinthe and cocktail list! Each ticket secures your reservation for the discussion and one pour of that month's selected absinthe. Please arrive on time, as this is a group experience that runs for approximately 45 minutes.

Come visit us in the recesses of Black Cat Alley. Head south from Hooligan's Bar, down the alley covered in murals. Be on the lookout for a metal gate bearing our logo. Once you've found it, ring the call box to be welcomed in. Reservations suggested but rarely required. Can't find an opening online? We hold a percentage of our seating for guests who prefer a little bit of spontaneity.
