New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Pullman Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a special four-course dinner at The Pullman. Join us for an elevated evening featuring a thoughtfully curated menu centered around a classic Surf & Turf entrée with filet and lobster, accompanied by two seasonal sides served family style, along with a seasonal appetizer, salad, and dessert. A vegetarian entrée option will also be available with advance notice. $150 per person + tax and gratuity Alcohol is not included, allowing you to make the evening your own. Our full selection of wine, champagne, cocktails, and zero-proof beverages will be available for purchase throughout dinner. Reservations will be offered at 5:30 PM, 6:00 PM, and 6:30 PM, with limited seating throughout the dining room and bar. Bar Seats are available and start with a B. Reservations are required. Celebration Brunch Experience — Available for Groups of 6 or More Celebrate with a three-course brunch designed for sharing. For every three guests, choose any two appetizers—including hot favorites such as Crab Dip Fondue and Short Rib Potstickers—followed by any entrée for each guest. For dessert, choose an Organic Sourdough Cinnamon Roll, Bourbon Pecan Sticky Roll or Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies finished with Maldon sea salt, with one dessert selection served for every three guests. Unlimited drip coffee, iced tea and sodas are included, plus one fresh-squeezed juice, specialty coffee, mocktail or specialty cocktail per guest—including favorites such as our house-made Bloody Mary or Espresso Martini. $69++ Per Person
