The Pullman is an independent all-day eatery located in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, The kitchen uses organic sourdough, beef tallow in the fryer, and clarified butter or avocado oil for cooking, intentionally avoiding seed oils. Nearly everything is prepared in-house, including sauces, jams, pastries, and specialty dishes. Guests will find brunch classics such as eggs Benedict, French toast, short rib hash, and shrimp and grits, alongside salads, sandwiches, burgers, and shareable plates. The beverage program is equally important, offering espresso drinks, wine, prosecco, specialty cocktails, and thoughtfully made nonalcoholic options. The Pullman is meant to be an experience—a place where thoughtful food, beautiful surroundings, elevated service, and genuine hospitality come together.
